RETURNS

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on the following:

• Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
• All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.
• Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
• Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe
• An order includes bespoke or customised items.                                     Should any of the above occur, Meshca will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.

 

Please return the items to our registered address : 124, Lancaster avenue,  Melrosepark,  NSW 2114.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund will be processed once items are checked and cleared by our quality control team.
