Returns
You’re welcome to return an online purchase via post for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your preference at info@meshca.com.au and we’ll happily assist, guiding you on how to return your finery.
Please note that we’re unable to offer returns for :
- Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
- All sale purchases are FINAL SALE and are not valid for refund, credit note, or exchange returns unless deemed faulty.
- Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
- Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe.
- An order includes bespoke or customised items.
Any gift-with-purchase items received with your order will also need to be returned in order to qualify for a refund.
Please mail the items to our registered address : 124, Lancaster avenue, Melrosepark, NSW 2114. Refund will be processed once items are checked and cleared by our quality control team. Shipping fees as charged is not rturablee.
