Refunds & Returns
We gladly accept returns on sale items; however, store credit only will be issued for discounted pieces.
Please note that earrings are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
We accept returns for a refund (via original payment method), exchange, store credit, or repair when items are deemed faulty. Slight colour variations in natural gemstones is not considered a fault.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we sincerely apologise.
Please email us with clear photos of the issue within 3 days of delivery so our team can assist you promptly.
Orders paid using Afterpay or PayPal will have merchant fees deducted from refunds, unless the item is faulty.
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email info@meshca.com.au and our team will assist you with the next steps.
Items must be in original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with original packaging.
Refunds will be processed once the items have passed quality control.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the piece is deemed faulty.
