All items are shipped from our Sydney head office through Australia Post. 
 
Delivery Schedule
Delivery in Sydney - 3-5 days.
Outside of Sydney - 10 days.
 
Since our pieces are handmade the delivery schedule may change and you will be notified of the changes.
 
We do not ship internationally at this moment.

Free shipping for orders over 150 AUD $.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. Delivery time may differ due to country. 

Note: International Orders may attract customs, duties and taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customer and local sales taxes levied by the country’s you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please refer to your local authority prior to placing yor order.

Note: 

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is deemed ‘faulty’ under the discretion of Australian Consumer Standard. 

Meshca is not responsible for any lost, theft or damages goods during transit and or after Delivered status. If an order does not arrive and investigation must be carried out with the transit / courier company responsible.  

Returns

All our jewellery is handmade and normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. Since our stones are natural, they will vary in colour, size and may sometimes have markings that are a natural presence. This is not considered a fault.

We gladly offer a credit note (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your purchase. For hygiene regions, this excludes earring purchases. Please email our customer service team at info@meshca.com.au to process a return.

Our credit notes are issued in the form of a gift card on return of the product by the customer and are valid for a period of 12 months. 

If your items arrive damaged or broken, we will gladly refund or replace the item. Please note we do not issue refunds for a change of mind or for incorrect purchases.

To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email.

Please note we do not accept returns when:

  • Items are not returned in their original condition i.e. have been worn, damaged or are sent without original packaging.
  • Items are returned outside the specified return timeframe
  • An order includes earrings due to hygienic reasons
  • An order includes bespoke or customised items

Should any of the above occur, Meshca will not accept the return and will contact the customer to arrange a return at the customer's expense.

Returns are at the expense of our customers and under their responsibility until the goods are successfully delivered to Meshca.
