WARRANTY
Our jewellery is covered by a 30 day warranty period from the date of online order.
If your jewellery is damaged or broken within this period and our team is unable to repair the product, we are pleased to offer a replacement at no additional cost, with a valid proof of purchase.
This warranty is only valid for manufacturing faults and defects, it does not cover general wear and tear or change of mind.
Exclusions:
- Broken chain
- Tarnishing
- Lost or damaged stones or pearls
Meshca does not take responsibility for lost jewellery.
